When will I get my videos?

Rally Vision aims to deliver video + analytics packages within 5 business days following the event. So if you played on a Saturday we strive to get your videos by the end of the upcoming Friday.

I paid for my packages now what happens?

After you purchase your videos, and once the event is over, Rally Vision starts processing all the raw video footage. Once we process it we upload it to PBVision for analytics processing, and delivery to you. PBVision will send emails for each game played that is linked to your email address. After all your videos are uploaded you will also receive an email from Rally Vision with a summary of your purchase.

How do I get my videos?

In order to access your videos you will need to create an account on PB Vision. You can access your video on the PB Vision website or though their mobile app, which is available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

I got a video that wasn’t me, or I didn’t a video that I know I played in, what do I do?

We use technology to automate our processing and sometimes we get it wrong. If you get a video that isn’t you or you are missing a video you played in, please send an email within 14 days of getting your videos to help@rallyvision.co letting us know what game you got that wasn’t you along with the PB Vision URL , or what game you played in that you didn’t get, and we will work to get it corrected.

Why do I only have 14 days after the event to get a video fixed?

Per our refund policy we have a limit on the amount of time we keep all the data around. Every event is a massive amount of data and we only keep around raw data for a limited amount of time to keep our video package costs down. Game videos are kept on PBVision per PBVision’s terms and conditions.

Do I need to purchase once or twice if I am playing in multiple divisions?

Rally Vision packages are priced and sold per division. So if you are playing in multiple divisions in the event you will need to purchase a package for each division. We typically offer both player (just for you), and team packages (for you and your partner or team) with the team option having better pricing if you looking to save some money on your purchases. You just need to convince your partner (or pay for them).

Can I just get the raw video footage?

Yes, as part of the package you will get access to download the video of each game through PBVision. In the PBVision app or through the website you can find the download link for each of the videos. PBVision will direct you to a URL and you can download it to your personal device.

What is the quality of the video?

Rally Vision shoots every match in 1080p 30 frames per second HD video format. We us H.264 and variable bitrate encoding to ensure your videos are high quality.
